Our dedicated construction professionals specialise in producing garage and loft conversions of the highest quality while causing minimum disruption to your day-to-day family life. Once all Building Regulations have been satisfied and any Planning requirements approved, a construction date will be agreed, ahead of which our site supervisor will carry out a pre-build survey to ensure everything is in order.

Complete Project Management
From the erecting of any scaffolding and delivery of materials, the construction of your garage or loft conversion is expected to take between 4 – 6 weeks, depending on the individual project. Everything from the removal and relocation of items such as tanks and pipe works through to construction, electrics, plumbing, plastering and joinery is project managed on your behalf to ensure your garage or loft conversion runs as smoothly as possible.
Minimum Disruption
All work is carried out via the outside scaffolding, with the majority of internal finishing work completed prior to the installation of the staircase, meaning family life can continue as normal.
