Converting unused Space:

Along with the Loft your garage is often just another storage area that hardly sees the light of day. Often crammed full of junk, once converted, it can provide your family with additional habitable living space that can be used for a variety of purposes and be a true benefit to all.

Often completed in around three weeks with minimal disruption to you and your family, you could quickly be enjoying your new room.  Most garage conversions, with the exception of cases where you ‘Permitted Development Rights’ have been removed or restricted, are completed under you ‘Permitted Development Rights’. In simple terms Planning Permission is not necessary.  It is necessary for plans and calculations for you new room to be produced and submitted to Building Control for their approval complying with the structural safety side.

Whatever your requirements a garage conversion can be the ideal solution by turning this unused space into a home office, kitchen, dining room, gym, play room, home cinema room or bedroom the possibilities are endless.

It is also vitally important that the conversion is carried out by competent personnel –   with this in mind do your homework!  If you are considering any building project in your home be mindful and cautious call us the experts.
