At Buckley Loft Conversions we do far more than just construct your loft conversion or garage conversion; we take care of the entire project on your behalf. You won’t have to worry about planning requirements or how the design will work – it’s all part of the service.

Our design & planning service is available on a stand-alone basis or as part of our complete project management which includes construction, materials and after-care.

Free Initial Survey

We provide an initial, free of charge, survey of your loft or garage. Following the survey our team will consider the best solution to suit your needs and provide a quote to cover the entire conversion. The only time you will incur additional costs is if you choose to change the specification during the course of the conversion, generating extra work.

Planning and Building Control regulations

There’s no need to worry about planning permission – most loft conversions simply need to be approved by Building Regulations. We will assess what the planning and building regulation requirements are for your particular conversion, make the relevant applications and liaise with the authorities involved on your behalf - so you can just sit back and relax.

How long will it take to get the necessary approvals?
The whole process, from survey to Building Regulations approvals should take no longer than 8 – 12 weeks. Once all relevant approvals are gained, we will agree with you a start date for work to commence (if planning permission is required, could take up to an additional 6 weeks).
