A Dormer Loft Conversion Has Recently Been Started In Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire
This Loft Conversion is currently being constructed in Staffordshire. A rear dormer with two Velux windows to the side will be built to add more space to the families home.
This type of Loft Conversion did not constitute as ‘Permitted Development’ so planning permission was required from East Staffordshire Council, and also an application of compliance to Building Regulations to cover the structural build of the conversion.
Proposed Exterior Plan
The plans show the existing layout of the house and the proposed drawings of the Loft Conversion. The Loft Conversion with the dormer window and the Velux Roof Lights will create a light spacious master bedroom with a extra en-suite bathroom area to add more space and value to the families property. Below is a plan of the interior design for inside the property giving you an idea of what will be constructed and the layout. We are looking forward to seeing the end results of this conversion!
