Balcony Loft Conversion -Bennetts Road Sutton Coldfield Complete

A few months ago we wrote an article when starting the construction of a Cabrio Balcony Bungalow Conversion in Sutton Coldfield. Last week we revisited this beautiful conversion now its been decorated and what a lovely room it was!

Revisiting – Now Lets Take a Look at the Result>

The transformation of this loft space in this bungalow was fantastic, creating a perfect focal point within the bedroom overlooking their beautiful garden. The Velux Cabrio- Balconies are great simple features, in this bungalow it really made this property stand out!

Our client was very happy with her completed conversion, the bedroom was a great size with an en-suite. The en-suite worked out slightly bigger than expected and everything fit in to it perfectly – great colour scheme decorated by the client!

Modern glass bricks were installed on the side of her shower unit to bring more light into the bathroom adding another stylish touch to the conversion!

 

Before the Loft Conversion was Converted………

Due to the height in the loft space a dormer was not needed for this conversion. We installed three Velux roof lights plus the Cabrio balcony in to the roof slopes so there was plenty of light entering the bedroom, en-suite and landing area.

To the left side of the landing there was door to a large walk in storage area, the client did not need this space to be converted, so there was lots of storage space still!
