Velux Cabrio – Balcony Bungalow loft Conversion Starts

This week this new Loft Conversion has started in Sutton Coldfield. After months of planning we now have the appropriate Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approvals in place to start the conversion.

This Bungalow Loft Conversion required Planning Permission from Birmingham City Council due to the installation of the Velux Cabrio Balcony system, this system is not considered by the Local Authority as ‘Permitted Development’.

The Velux Cabrio Balcony system will be installed on the rear of the bungalow which create lots of light within the bedroom.

 

This conversion will create a master bedroom, bathroom and a spacious landing area.
