This is the completed Velux roof light loft conversion on a bungalow in Walsall, West Midlands

A recent completed project for Buckley’s using Velux roof lights to create a new master bedroom and en-suite bathroom transforming a two bedroomed bungalow into a three bedroomed family home.

The conversion has added a new spacious, light master bedroom by incorporating four Velux roof lights to the rear and front of the property, it has also had a set of bespoke stairs constructed to the property.

The loft conversion has given our clients the extra space they needed to create their dream master bedroom.

This particular project did not require planning permission as it fell within the properties “permitted development rights” but as like all projects we undertake building regulation approvals are always needed for any construction works within the home.
