Another conversion on the way in Cannock!

These conversions are great if you have got sufficient height in your loft in order to have a Velux loft conversion as many loft conversions require a dormer to be constructed in order to gain the required headroom within the loft space.

Velux conversions are very quick and easy to build and are less expensive than dormer constructions with terraced houses starting from £12,495+VAT.

As a general rule the insertion of roof lights needs to equate to around 10% of the rooms floor area to achieve adequate natural day lighting, however this is more beneficial if you increase this ratio to around 20%.
