Loft Conversion Complete in Birmingham, West Midlands

This is Buckley’s latest completed job a Dormer Loft Conversion has been constructed in Birmingham, West Midlands, this is a follow up from our previous article when the job was under construction http://www.loft-conversions.com/loft-conversion-in-progress-birmingham-west-midlands/ 

This conversion has added a new master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has also had a set of bespoke stairs constructed to give the new loft a modern look! The dormer has also had a Juliet balcony included giving our clients the extra room needed and flooded light into the room, making it more spacious and bright.  Below are some photographs of the completed Loft Conversion.

Our client had already been granted  planning permission for his proposed conversion as this did not fall under the properties “Permitted Development” rights. The majority of Loft Conversions built today constitute as ‘Permitted Development’, this is great news for the householders, as this means that they do not have to gain Planning Permission for their proposed extension as long as it falls within the Permitted Development Criteria.
