Completed Loft Conversions in Solihull – Lets Take a Look!

This Loft Conversion required Planning Consent as the roof extension was extending on to the properties existing side extension so it was not considered ‘Permitted Development’. The planning process took eight weeks to gain the relevant Planning Approval through Solihull Planning Department.

The loft conversion added a great luxurious master bedroom with a dressing area and en-suite – A fabulous addition to the property. We installed Velux Roof light windows in to the bedroom, dressing area and en-suite which flooded the rooms with lots of natural light.
