Buckley’s Overview 2014!

Well 2014 has been a very busy year for Buckley Loft Conversions. The amount of jobs that have been sold this year has increased from 2013 ranging from Staircase installations, Boarded Storage Areas, Extensions, Garage Conversions to Full Loft Conversions. Not only have we built more jobs this year but we have built some of the biggest and most complex lofts than in any other year. We have covered a wide area across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.

Company Expansion in 2014…..

The company expanded this year with us taking on more workforces due to the increased demand in work that we have had in 2014. The entire workforce is an asset to Buckley’s and they are building some fantastic conversions across the Midlands.

Our testimonial and referral scheme is growing all the time with our happy customers, so there are always conversions that new clients can go and view before making their final decision.

Project Managment

Buckley’s have also constructed various builds this year that required Planning Permission Consent. These loft conversion or extension proposals did not fall within the ‘Permitted Development’ Criteria or the property was situated in Conservation or Trust Area.

At Buckley Loft Conversions we will project manage your Loft Conversion, Extension or Garage Conversion on your behalf from Design to Completion with our project managed service, so you don’t have to worry about the Planning aspects.

Hot Trends for 2014

This year we have completed various number of projects with Juliet Balconies & Cabrio Balconies which seem to be becoming more popular, you can see why in the pictures below – they add a great finishing touch to your Loft Conversion!

Also the modern fusion glass range in staircase installations has been a hit this year with many of our clients opting for this modern look, which we LOVE!

Health & Safety at Buckley’s

Health and safety we take very seriously at Buckley Loft Conversions as the safety of all our employees and clients is a priority.  We have all current Health and Safety Risk Assessments and the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and Plan is located within BLC Building.  For peace of mind clients are welcome to view, we are happy to oblige and answer any questions or concerns.

All our sub contractors and employee’s receive Health and Safety Inductions and are required to wear the correct Health and Safety work wear on site.

New Buckley’s Work Wear ….

This year the work wear has been changed for all Sub-contractors and employees  for a new look for within the company. You certainly will not miss Buckley’s personnel now in their bright orange Hi-Vis t-shirts and fleeces!

Marketing & Advertising

At Buckley’s we are proud of the Conversions we do so we like to put as many new images on our website as possible!  We are always adding images to our website gallery as we like to give our clients a realistic view of the different loft conversion possibilities that are available to them. We also love to showcase the conversions we have constructed to show our clients the great quality and workmanship that Buckley’s deliver to our clients.

We write monthly news articles that are published to keep our readers up to date on current or completed conversions or relevant media hot topics so keep reading for all our latest reads.

We are still part of ‘The Best of Cannock’ and ‘Staffordshire’ which is an addition to the many other organisations we are part of including the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), Fair-trades and Staffordshire Trade Register.

We look forward to starting to the New Year and have many projects ready to start, we are excited what 2015 will bring and hope to have as many satisfied customers as this year and we thank all the employees and subcontractors for their hard work and commitment.
