Loft Conversion Starts In Rugeley, Staffordshire

A new loft conversion project has started this week in Rugeley, Staffordshire for Buckley Loft Conversions Ltd.  We will be constructing a Pitched Rear Dormer loft conversion with new fantastic  french doors and a Velux roof window to the front of the  property allowing more space and light to flood the additional room.  The new loft conversion will add valuable additional living  space to the family home and hopefully increase the value of the property. 

This type of Loft Conversion did not constitute as ‘Permitted Development’, so Planning Permission was required for this conversion due to the property falling within “an area of natural beauty”. The drawings supplied by Buckley loft conversions were submitted to Cannock Chase Council this took 6-8 weeks to gain approvals, the drawings were then sent for Building Regulations to cover the structural build of the conversion.
