We had our loft done 2 years ago and recently we had a crack in the plaster on one of the walls. Buckleys were fantastic at responding to this quickly sorted it out and without fuss.

We completed our loft conversion in August. We are so incredibly pleased with our new room and bathroom - the rest of the house is now redundant! We also have storage that we never had before too in the other part of the loft - this is so useful. We have amazing views over Cannock Chase from our house and these have been enhanced by the view we get from the loft. The whole team from Buckley's were brilliant from start to finish. We made a few changes along the way to accommodate the stairs without disrupting one of the bedrooms too much and these were all carried out quickly and professionally and the amount of upheaval from the build was never as bad as we imagined it might be as it was a few weeks before they actually came into the house. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team. Without exception, the tradespeople who were part of this project were friendly, punctual and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend all of them. We really cannot believe the difference this has made to our house and the conversion feels like it has always been here - inside and out. We have had some great comments about it from passers-by too so we couldn't be happier.
