Our Clients wanted to extend their home in Solihull so that they could create more family space. A rear full length dormer and side gable was constructed which enabled the loft conversion to create an additional two bedrooms and a bathroom transforming the property into a six bedroom house.

The first floor landing area and stairwell leading into the new bedrooms on the second floor is a showcase piece within this beautiful home. The high ceilings and Velux roof light certainly make a great feature with the open Oak staircase, Oak doors and the crystal chandelier it all looks stunning.
