Overview of Buckley Loft Conversions 2015

2015 has been a very busy year for Buckley’s we have completed sixty seven constructions and sold seventy two in total, together with the help from all Buckley’s fantastic team. These lofts have ranged from rear dormer loft conversions, to Velux roof light conversions, wrap around dormers, extensions and even garage conversions. We have covered all of the West Midlands area including places like Birmingham, Dudley, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Bromsgrove and West Bromwich. We have also covered the Staffordshire area including Cannock, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby and Stone.

Clients have come to us this year with some amazing ideas and visions of what they would like to achieve within their empty loft spaces.  Here at Buckley’s we love to work with our clients to achieve their dream home.   We understand that our clients homes are their pride and joy and we have the vision, commitment and experienced personnel to create the additional space needed to enhance their families lifestyle. Case Study of 2015 – Loft Conversion Sutton Coldfield

One of our clients from Sutton Coldfield came to us with a design they had  created  using Computer Aided Design (CAD) of images detailing exactly what they wanted to achieve. The outcome of their CAD designs and our workmanship was a stunning example of a new master bedroom and the perfect loft room for our clients! Our Big Thank you to our Workforce

Once again the management at Buckley’s want to thank all the personnel and workforce that help make these beautiful loft conversion, extensions, garage conversions and staircases a reality. Without the hard work, craftsmanship, drive and enthusiasm the 67 completed projects would not be possible. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes during the pre- construction phase and during construction in the offices by staff who help the projects run smoothly and efficiently as possible.  These projects have to be constructed in accordance with plans, to ensure that conversions are completed to the highest possible standard  and adhere to current Planning Policies and Building Regulation specifications.

From the outset of initial consultation appointments from our surveys  that develops into your draft design scheme.  Following onto the Architects surveys, drawings, quantifying, pre-builds, and office administrative pre construction phase,  to the great teams, plumbers, electricians, second fixers, roofers, that we are lucky to have that worked so hard summer and winter.    Thank you! and Happy Christmas.
